- Drivetrain Clean – All Drivetrain components are removed and deep cleaned in our parts washer. All grit and old grease is removed. Parts are washed then reinstalled, lubricated, and tuned

Recommended every 3,000 miles or annually.

Includes all Level 1 and 2 services plus:
- Wheels radially and laterally trued
- Headset Bearings replaced/repacked*
- Hub Bearings replaced/repacked*
- All Cables/Housing replaced*
- Drivetrain deep cleaned in parts washer
- Electronics: Electronic Shifting Firmware updated (if applicable)
- Bosch/Shimano Electric Bike Firmware updated (if applicable)

Our trained mechanics will call you an estimate on your repair as well as a turn-around time after you drop your bike. We are certified to work on all electric bikes equipped with a Bosch or Shimano STEPS electric bike system. Even if you did not buy the bike from NBX Bikes, we are happy to provide service to your Bosch/Shimano-equipped bike.
