NBX Timeline

2007 We purchased the family-owned "Narragansett Bikes", founded in 1989 in Narragansett RI and NBX was born

early 2013 A brand new, bigger building was built and NBX Bikes officially reopens down the street at 922 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett RI

late 2013 Reed Caster, the third generation owner of Caster's Bicycles, sold his family business to us and felt that in doing so, was keeping the business "in the family." Caster's locations in Warwick and Providence reopen as NBX

2015 East Providence Cycle Co owner Rob Foulkes retires after 45 years in business, changing the "name on the door" to NBX Bikes

2016  We moved the Fourth Street Providence location to a brand new location at 729 Hope Street on the East Side of Providence

Today  In 2020, we went back to our roots in Narragansett as a single-store local bike shop
